2. Click ‘Submit Query’ and it will automatically forwarded to us by email. We will reconfirm your order by email

3. Choose your preferrable payment method. We accept bank transfer and online payment such as Paypal and credit card (through Paypal). Please provide your email address if your preference is using Paypal. We will send you Paypal payment request by email.

4. Your order will be processed after receiving your payment. Please reconfirm your payment.

5. We will send your order using express mail service provided by Indonesian mail service and takes around 7 days depending on the country

C. Claim and dispute resolution

1. Essentially all sent items are subject to non-refundable condition except for conditions below:

a. Defect items due to dispatching

b. Defect on clothing (hole etc.)

2. We will process your claim and receive return items maximun 2 (two) weeks upon arrival. Costs bear to the customer

3. We will check thouroughly the return items before sending the refund. Those criteria above should be met and we will not process any claim further. We are not responsible for sending the return items to customer.

Seni batik adalah seni tradisional Jawa yang menghadapi ancaman perubahan di era globalisasi. Industri tekstil batik yang pada awalnya berbasis tenaga kerja (labor intensive) beralih menjadi industri massal yang berbasis modal (capital intensive).
Selain itu seni batik relatif rentan terhadap pelanggaran hak kekayaan intelektual karena sifatnya sebagai seni tradisional yang kurang mengenal konsep hak cipta. Keadaan ini tidak hanya mengancam identitas budaya tetapi juga perekonomian Indonesia.
Hadirnya Bakoel Batik diharapkan akan memperkuat brand batik sebagai tekstil dan seni budaya asli Indonesia. Membeli dan memakai batik diharapkan mempertahankan industri batik terus berproduksi dan menyerap tenaga kerja lokal.
